WE THE PEOPLE
TribalVision, my employer and Boston-based PR agency appointed me to one of their most prominent clients as an experiential director with the aim of debuting and launching a Singapore-based crowdfunding store, We The People, in the US. With the support of Tribal and the assembly of a strong team, I designed, produced and executed lucrative post-in Boston and St. Louis over a period of four months.
The intention behind the design of events stemmed from three main objectives: to increase the presence of WTP within an entrepreneur and innovation enterprise, to increase the visibility of WTP in the press, and to tailor the multimedia map of crowdfunding stores to suit the needs of the company.
With the support of my team, I designed WTP to provide an experiential layout that could sustainably be produced in every region of the world and an event that could be transparent to them."Creators by Creators" was designed to involve local innovators and high-tech entrepreneurs to take part in the exhibition of their products to the general public and through direct interaction with site visitors, thereby adding human value to the goods they produce. In addition, I intersected the product showcase with a panel discussion where innovators and entrepreneurs talked about their journeys, failures, and achievements to inspire the participants and add value to their lives to attending.
The layout and production of FCBC post-launch events in Boston and St. Louis was ultimately a hit, as attendance at the launch of WTP stores in each city was highly publicized and well attended.
